lately ive been thinkin of savin up all my cans and then goin to a recycling center and cashing out. times are tough and ive been thinkin of ways to make a couple extra $$$ on the side. are there any recycling centers in manchester? if so, where? i know there were a bunch in ma when i lived there for a few years. with all the booze i drink, that 5 cents per can will add up haha
No NH doesn't have deposits. In non deposit states they pay per a Ibs. for AL only. Of course if want, Mass is only 20 some miles away, and they will pay the .05 a container at the expense of Mass taxpayers.

Ahhh if only it were so easy to get something for nothing... Mass retailers will only give you the .05 deposit return on bottles that are labeled as being returnable. However, the state of Maine requires deposits not only on beer & soda, but also water and juice products. Hence, their Poland Springs bottles can be 'returned' for .05 each if you feel like driving to Maine.
And Ibs = pounds (lbs). I'm not sure how many cans it would take to make a pound of aluminum. Or how much a pound is worth... probably a good bet that it's not worth a nickle a can!

So i've been saving all my beercans for nuttin? unless i drive to maine?
i would waste the gas money to get there and end up just paying gas for the trip.
