did you see the miniature church on top of the cement post in Greenville? looks like a birdhouse, but it's a church. no clue why it's there on that pole.

My trip through Greenville consisted mainly of turning down the road leading in, up the road by the old Catholic church and back around, if I were not so close to enemy territory ( Mass) I would have explored the area more.
Addendum:
In case anyone is wondering Mass and Vermont are considered unfriendly neighbors ( enemy ) because of their helmet and seat belt laws) not because of the people themselves. Though we had the helmets on hand neither of us felt like donning them in case of an accidental border crossing, and though it would be highly likely that an LEO would have been sympathetic and let us pass, I am not willing to chance a ticket on it.
the Catholic Church? the one on High Street? I thought the road was closed, have they re-opened it? They closed the road due to a mudslide down the embankment to the Souhegan. We were there in April, maybe they've shored it up?
Dave, this is the column I referred to. It's at the corner of Pleasant/Main St & Hubbard Hill Rd in Greenville. I have no idea why it's there, I saw no plaque. it's kinda cool though.
