Do any of you know anything about the "Colonials" apartments in Cherry Hill. Our family have been considering them and we would like to know how are they? How is the area? All advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

I went with my gf there when she was looking for apartments. The location is very good but the place was so-so. The hallways were kind of dingy looking and smelled bad and the rooms weren't very big. I'm not a fan of the high-rise tower apartments

Thanks for your response. I am now looking into the Highlands at Cherry Hill. It's a bit more expensive but at least it is nicer.

We also looked at the Towers of Windsor Park (similar prices to Colonials) which is just off of Chapel Ave near Kings Hwy and Rt70. Those were pretty nice. The lobby was real fancy with a pond and doorman and it looked to have more amenities than the Colonials.

I've heard very good things about the Highlands though. Probably one of the best complexes in Cherry Hill.

I live right down the road from there. This part of Cherry Hill has a lot of high-rises. I drive past that building everyday and it looks like decent people coming in and out of there. You are also a pebble's throw from Rt. 38 where there is tons of shopping.

Cherry Hill has top-notch schools. The school bus stops directly in front of the building.

Plus....The Cherry Hill Diner is practically in your back-yard....YUM-EE!

Good luck!

Shanny

Again, from my persperctive, it looked nice.

There will always be problrms with any rental property, but,,,,this place seems very decent.

Cheers,
