Check out the Brick Recreation center. They offer alot of Mommy and Me things at a very reasonable rate. They are on Chambers Bridge road and the phone number is 732-262-1044. When my kids were little did alot of programs, now my kids are bigger and do alot of sports through them Good luck and welcome to Brick.
If you haven't found it yet there is a Mommy and Me class right in Brick. It is held in one of the temples although there is no affiliation they just use the space. This is the link where you can search for classes. http://www.gymboreeclasses.com/b2c/customer/home.jsp
My wife and I are new to the area too and are having trouble finding activities for our 16 month old... we came from NY and had parks and mommy and me classes everywhere, but cant find much more than winward beach in this area, and thats not that great for his age group..
