Oh, well, the direct owner is Sands Bethworks Gaming LLC, and Robert DeSalvio is the President of that company. SBG apparently purchased the property, too. Presidents of LLCs are often owners, and sometimes even sole owners of them (for example, I do business as an LLC, own it as the sole owner, and am the President and Founder of it), although sure, they wouldn't have to be.
KG bought the property in 2004 and still very much involved. I didn't say the Sands wasn't an owner. I just said there are ownership interests, and yes, Sands is a partner. They are also a publicly traded company. You should read up on them if you are going to comment on this and claim to know all about their corporate ownership and structure, or for that matter, the history of the site and which players are involved.
