Hi ~ Can anyone tell me if Riverlawn Drive in Wayne is in the flood zone? The landlord states the house has never been flooded, but water has gotten into the crawl space. The house on this rental property sits about 4 feet up, off the ground. The # of the house is in the low 300s if that helps. Thanx so much.

My guess would be yes, it floods. Right now Mikado 23 (not far from there) is flooded and so is the Hooters parking lot. Best bet is to drive over there this evening and see if you can get anywhere near it....or try on Friday/Saturday, after the next batch of rain.

It is right next to passaic river. Yes, it is in flood zone. I worked on Little falls road and river flooded all the time. Few times we needed canoe to get to work. Ridiculous. Its a dump over there.
