I do not have 1 in a house but my brothers apartment complex has a 1 bedroom available right on Morris Ave in Springfield. I believe the rent is around $1090 + utilities. Let me know if you would like the landlords number.

It will be great if you can let me know the landlord's phone number. I went to the area and looked at Columbus Court in Springfield. Quite expensive and they don't have any vacancy until October any way. Hope the apartment complex you mentioned here is a good opportunity! Thanks!
