What is a better place for buying a modest condo investment wise? (schools don't matter, but would not want to live in the hood) Budget would be around 250k or less. I did not mention Hoboken in the above group cuz everyone says it's maxed out and overpriced.

By 2030 they'll all be the same at the current rate.....But for now i would go with Jersey City for a true city feeling, or for a more laided back Urban area try Weehawken.
