Roseland Green is Mold City , have your clients stay away for your own professional reputation.

I have lived in Roseland Green for a little over a year and could not be happier. The grounds and facilities (pool, clubhouse, tennis court, basketball court, etc.) are all very well maintained and the Board and Management Company are both very proactive in regard to the oversight of the community and ensuring that the neighborhood remains a safe, comfortable, and desirable place to live (no idea what the previous poster is talking about).

From what I understand, the community was initially built with the idea that it would be largely populated by professional couples and empty nesters but given the size of the homes (2500-3500 sq. ft. excluding finished basements which many of the units have), it ended up attracting a large number of families. Right now the mix of the community is about 50/50 between families and couples/empty nesters.

I work in Lower Manhattan and my door-to-door commute is an hour and 5 to an hour and 10 minutes in the morning and 50-55 minutes in the evening. I drive to the Harrison PATH Station and there is a little more traffic on 280 in the mornings than there is in the evening.

The elementary, middle, and high schools are all very strong (it was that and the good commute to the city which caused us to choose Roseland in the first place) and there are plenty of parks and country clubs in the area, in addition to lots of green space right in Roseland Green, for outdoor activities. There is big-box type shopping along Route 10 which is no more than 10 minutes away and grocery shopping right in Caldwell (less than 5 minutes away). It takes about 15 minutes to get to Short Hills, Summit, or Montclair for higher end shopping or a night out. With that said, there are some really great restaurants right in Caldwell and Roseland as well.
