Its time to balance the budget. Period.

We shouldnt be lowering taxes until we have run a surplus for consecutive years. Maybe I am crazy, but I think that we should spend the amount of money that our tax revenue supports. Nothing more.

Seriously. Any "PA is the victim" argument is nonsense. The PA chose their bad investment and sucks to be them (really it sucks to be us the traveling public, since they just passed the cost on to us)
