Hello. Well how are these areas in New Jersey? I hear many Hispanics live there which is fine by me. I am a city girl, so I'm okay with a little urban city life. However, no ghetto girl, so not cool with too much of that around.

No area is going to be perfect within my budget. My budget in Rochester, NY where I live in a 2bdrm decent apt (meaning no roaches, mice and pretty good quality condition) for $550 + utilities a month; the area is in downtown Rochester, not far from the ghetto and definitely in the city...I'm under 25k a year.

I understand this won't be the same in NJ, but just wondering about the cost of living in this town or city (Union City or North Bergen) don't know the difference.

Thanks!

Do you have kids? Union City might be a good place but the schools are not so good. North Bergen is a bit more suburban
