Wow, I just found out reading these posts that I live in the bad area that is rapidly declining. Are you kidding me?? I moved to Nutley 4 years ago and absolutely love me neighbors and my neighborhood. As far as the schools, my friends who have school age children tell me that all Nutley Schools are fantastic. Wasn't it just voted the No 1 town to live in for it's size??
Matter of fact it seems as if the downtown is nicer than ever with the revitalization program. Parks well kept and everyone seems to be putting money into their homes. Taxes seem to be in line with most of the towns in that area. I happen to think the area of Nutley that borders Clifton is one of the nicest sections but don't think there are any bad sections.

Yes it was and Nutley deserves props. I also live in the same area as you. I think it is a wonderful area and the people are friendly and grounded. My children all thrived and did well. All the schools in Nutley are great so if you find a nice house you can't listen to all this best section of Nutley garbage because that is what it is....garbage.
