Hi my name is Chris, and I'm new here. I love aerobics so much that I will be teaching my own aerobics party classes soon.

Let me know if interested.

The classes are retro 80's style so spandex and leg warmers are optional, but, recommended! LOL!

No Jane Fonda won't actually be there I'm afraid. I will however put Olivia's physical in the playlist mix.

I teach in Belmar at the Studio dance centre. If you are really interested, please let me know as i will teach next week.
