Doing some homework and just found out that people in Bergen County, NJ live, on average, to 91 years old (national average is 75-81).
It made me proud.

Good to know! I lived there most of my life--wonder if my life expectancy will drop now that I moved to Monmouth.
But my Mom's still in NW Bergen County, and she's 85. Her mother died in 2001 at the age of 94. My mother's uncle is still living, in Westwood, and must be 89 or 90. Old ornery Jersey Dutch people don't go out easily!
Sorry but 91 as an average lifespan for BC is impossibly wrong. 80-81 average lifespan is the longest for any society and even that is for villages/islands much smaller than Bergen County.
3 things going against them: 1. female 2. Asian 3. old
