I was wondering if those of you familiar with Nutley could tell me how the neighborhoods south of Centre St are. I know it's a cheaper part of town with smaller houses for the most part, but is it that bad to buy a house there instead of a nicer Nutley area like Spring Garden?

We were also looking at a few places in north Bloomfield Brookdale section. Brookdale is really nice but we're concerned about the town's future. Seems like price wise that Nutley south is similar to Bloomfield north.

So comparing the two towns, which seems a better place to buy? Nutley Lincoln section vs Bloomfield Brookdale?

As a resident of the spring garden section, I would recommend this area over the others.
