Happy Thanksgiving! Like the majority of Thanksgivings, for us it'll be spent outside of New Jersey - in southeastern Pennsylvania with extended family.
Do you know that we had NO cranberry sauce this year??? Both of my sisters who were there thought the other was going to make it.
I had to resort to the canned stuff this year, because my SIL--who normally brings 2 or 3 varieties of her incredible homemade cranberry sauce to my table--was too sick to attend.
How's this for irony? Last week, she attended a multi-day seminar in Massachusetts on Natural Healing, and that is where she apparently picked-up a raging upper respiratory infection and laryngitis.

That would be funny if it weren't so serious!
Both my sisters usually make kickass cranbery sauce. One picks her cranberries in a wetlands area near where she lives in PA, and the other makes hers with orange zest. And neither one did it this year.
