I get on a bus at 6:50. it pulls into the PA at 7:30. OK, 35 was a little aggressive. 40 minutes.
Going home, get on the bus at 5:20, usually hop off at 6:03 give or take a couple minutes.

Yes ,there is. Try living in the Washington DC area many Government employees have "flex" time,rush hour is between 5:00am and 8-9 am.

living close to a major Airport that works around the clock you see rush hour at 10 pm sometimes.
