I am a restaurant professional looking for information about working at a restaurant in a casino like Bobby Flay as a waiter.

Questions:
1. Do I need to be licensed by the NJ gaming commission?
2. Do I have to be involved in the union? Local 54?
Then more restaurant specific questions like hours, tip-out, hourly wage, benefits and average weekly pay.

Any information is appreciated!
