Berwyck Chase area of Scotch Plains NJ (power lines, house)

Interested in purchasing a house in this neighborhood of Scotch Plains as the home is newer (slightly wary of the many flips in the county) Wanted to see people's thoughts of this neighborhood and Scotch Plains in general. Thank you!

Scotch Plains is a fantastic town. I am not super familiar with Berwyck Chase part of it, but there are some really nice homes around Cooper Rd, for sure.

The only property value type things I personally would look out for in SP are the homes in close proximity to the high tension power lines near the plainfield border, further north of this area.

Overall, SP is a terrific place to live and raise a family.
