i recently received a letter saying i was overpaid unemployment by $1450. i now wrote them a letter back saying it was my mistake for accidentally claiming while i was working and it's been 10 days and still no response i'm assuming they have me under investigation and wanted to know how long before i will hear from them? will i be taken to court or have a warrant out for my arrest and i planned a trip out of state a long time ago for a couple days in 2 week will this affect that being i still haven't heard from them

I had that happen but in my case it was their fault. I fought it and won. That said, all you need to do is pay the money back. If you don't have it all right away, I'm sure you can work out an installment plan. I would call them.

That’s good. 10 days isn’t very long. I would call them.
