Does anyone here have experience commuting from Prospect Ave apartment buildings north of the Medical Center to NYC by taking #162/163 Express bus (via NJ Turnpike and Rt. 495)?

What is an average bus commute time to Port Authority during morning rush hour (if planning to arrive at PA terminal around 8:30-8:45AM?)
