New Jersey isn't even in the top 10.

41% of NJ residents would leave right now if they could. Why? Are they all retiring soon, or want to retire?

That is a really high %. The bad rap is coming from NJ residents too it seems.

Is it due to high cost of living and some of the highest property taxes in the U.S.? Weather?

How can NJ turn this around? Can they? Will they?

Is the bad rap true or false?
