I filed on the 26th of march. My claim has gone to "see below" ( only when reopening my claim)
Claim Status:Filed
Claimant ID#: @#$%&
Date of Claim:03/22/2020
Weekly Benefit Rate:$0
Remaining Balance:$0
Next Payable Week:03/28/2020
Last Week Paid:
Last Paid Amount:$0.

I still can't certify. I really think my claim is still pending because. When I try to see my claim status when I click on that "already filed click here" I get this

Claim Status: Pending (Claims take up to 7 days to process.Information is updated nightly.)
Date of Claim:
Weekly Benefit Rate: $
Remaining Balance: $
Next Payable Week:
Last Week Paid:
Last Paid Amount: $
No Monetary determination letter no email, no calls. Sent multiple emails on pins,claim status,weekly benefit, have called 201-601-4100 609-292-0695 609-984-2296 609-292-2333. I have any luck on the state representative front either. I thought being a first responder would get there attention. When this does eventually get sorted out will I get payments from when I filed this? Even I can't certify?

well i am beyond pissed. remember from my previous posts about my claim being valid from a phone call that left a voicemail saying my claim is valid and i can claim for benefits and my monetary appointment canceled? i was able to certify my claims but they are not releasing my funds. i have 4 emails saying my claim is not payable at this time.

I cannot get through any of the phone lines. I think i'm honestly going to kill myself.

Yup. My whole company has been receiving benefits for 2-3 weeks now. I'm still sitting here with my thumb up my ass, calling and emailing endlessly..

I feel the need to call my state representative again. But I will have to have something prewritten. I don't think I could be Rational otherwise.

Not a big fan of politicians. Or of what they say.

I saw him once; he was a goodly king.
He was a man, take him for all in all;
I shall not look upon his like again.

Default Nj voters please do not forget murphy's fraud

I have kept my mouth shut for weeks in patience.

After the UI system wouldn't let me go any further and has kept asking me to call and talk to a Rep....All I have done for the last 6 weeks is wake up every morning and start calling, and hitting Redial, the NJ Unemployment Phone Lines.

As a result, Google Voice suspended my phone line today under suspicion of what I can surmise these following points on their Product Policies page:

Spam and Commercial Use
Do not send or facilitate the transmission of spam, large numbers of commercial messages, or automated messages. Such activity includes, but is not limited to:
*inflating call traffic (e.g., traffic pumping, international revenue share fraud).
*sending unwanted or mass solicitation;
*placing calls in violation of laws prohibiting unsolicited marketing calls (e.g., "do-not-call laws");
*inflating call traffic (e.g., traffic pumping, international revenue share fraud).

This is unforgivable.

I listen or watch all the relevant Governors (NY, CA, NJ) every single day and they all except for Murphy, talk about the additional measures they are putting in place to alleviate the additional Phone Traffic or their plans to ramp up Unemployment and whatever additional information they have, EXCEPT for Governor Murphy who simply comes in to give the latest death toll and dance around all questions when it comes to Unemployment. I hope people somewhere are taking notice of this, and how he's treating those of us who don't have anything to eat left.

NJ UI PLEASE HELP US!!!

Default Working on this

@Lolreconlol

Since I have opened up my mouth here now, I'd might as well respond to you -- I am working on this and will let you know if no one answers beforehand.

I am simply beyond livid at this point as it's becoming clear to me after 6 weeks of run-around that being patient and polite does not work.

What if we all started sending email three or four times a day to Murphy’s office and our state reps, and start hitting their FB pages, plus sending in public interest stories to local papers? Maybe spamming and being out there publicly telling those who aren’t aware just how bad it is will get Murphy to try harder. Politicians hate negative press.

Ancient system in this state for unemployment. Talk about ill-prepared. All the money this state sucks out of its residents and now this?
