Hi - does anyone have any insights into the Hilltop at Cedar Grove townhouse complex being built by K. Hovnanian in NJ?

https://www.khov.com/find-new-homes/...at-cedar-grove

Are the homes built well? What is the reputation of the builder? Googling around shows horror stories but I see that for every builder.

Any insights on Cedar Grove as a town in NJ as well?

I’m not familiar with the development or builder, but Cedar Grove is a very nice town! Well-maintained and tree-lined streets. Also has somewhat of a downtown area on Pompton Ave. The only thing that puzzles me is why their high school doesn’t rank higher. Considering the town’s socioeconomics, it should.
