For those who think that there is no legal basis for Vaccine Mandates...
... think again.
As a result of a US Supreme Court decision (Jacobson v. Massachusetts), it has been "settled" law for 116 years that governments can legally mandate vaccinations, and can impose fines on those who violate a mandate.

So one 116 year old court decision that allowed a one-time fine for not being vaccinated for a disease that killed about 30% of those infected means that every vaccine requirement for all time is now valid?
Perhaps we should look into other old Supreme Court decisions to base things on. Perhaps the 1951 Dennis v. United States, which says you can put communists in jail for teaching communism. Or the 1944 Korematsu v. United States (never overturned!) which said you can intern people for being the same ethnicity as an enemy. Or the 1896 Plessey v. Fergusen, upholding segregation. Or why not go back all the way to 1857's Dred Scott v. Sanford?

You asked and it was answered. Very specifically with links.
Don’t move the goalpost.
A simple thank you to someone who did the research would have been more appropriate.
No matter who wins I am not getting vaccinations every 6 god damn months and I am not getting booster shots. I took a chance on getting the Pfizer shot and that is all I will do. I was told after getting that shot that I will be dead in 5 years. They didn't know I had already got the Pfizer shot when they said that to me so I hold no grudge. I am just so sick of hearing abou this threat of forcing people to get a drug put into their bodies.
So when it comes to abortion it's my right my body. But when it comes to a vaccine oh well it's not your right your body anymore. And we don't know how people even get the covid yet we can only speculate.
And as I said, natural immunity isn't being considered, even though probably 25% to 33% of Americans have already had the virus. And this is even though natural immunity is being shown as being more effective than the vaccine.

Just because a few left wing biased media websites claim something, does not mean it is true G1
Agreed. Everyone knows only right wing biased media websites have true claims.
