We are looking to buy a townhouse in North edison. There are a number of townhomes many of which are built in mid-80s.

Westgate (I and II)

Maples
Oaks
Dogwood Meadows
Village Pointe
Timberline

Parkgate

I know that some people in Village Pointe complained of rodents. Even in Westgate II.

Is there a way to know what is the state of each townhouse association? Can we have a discussion about the state of these places? Pros and cons. Are there people who live there on this forum or someone who knows about these?

Adi,
I would recommend staying away from town homes and the headaches they involve with maintenance fees and RULES. buy a single family in your budget and enjoy peace.
