I am currently trying to buy a large one family in JC. I've been told that there is a possibility of converting it into 2, on the basis that there is a 2nd kitchen, so this right could be grandfathered in.
What I would like help is, is where do I start with the research / cost estimates?
Does anyone have any recommendations for trusted and reliable builders, architects etc?
Thanks - I have contacted building dept. and they said because of the 2nd upstairs kitchen it could be converted. Just wondering if anyone had any reccomendations for contractors / architects etc?
