Luckily DH agrees with me. We've been very stressed out this year and we want the day to be just us - enjoying each other, maybe taking a long walk after dinner and hanging out. Not dealing with relative a bi***ing about relateive b being late; or relative c complaining about how relative d dresses; and let's not even get into politics..... lol

I can't do the bird for the life of me (wait, that sounded bad...Alex??) I did host last year though and after 3 days of clean up - no way this year! LOL! I'll prob make a turkey breast just so we can have "leftovers" though.

Now THERE you have some good plans! Do you know where in Vegas you'll be doing the hitching Calico?

I love POSTPONING holidays! We do that (DH & I) and it TOTALLY ticks off everyone in my family. One year (pre-kids) the family was under our skin, so we boycotted one Holiday (to remain nameless in case my priest is a user and figures out this is me..LOL) and went to AC alone for the day and ate at Hooters! LOL!

Well we are not traveling to any family this year-for a change-so we can luckily do what we want.

I just ran a 5k, Nicole, and I am sorry to report that my time dropped down to a 21:15. My high water mark broke 20:00 in San Diego two years ago. I wonder if it's age, or altitude difference?
