Affordable contractor for a basement redo (Union: house, contractors, price)

Hi there~

I am looking for a contractor for our house in Union County. We have had a few contractors come in but the quotes were outrageous and they wouldn't work with us on bringing the price down at all. To give you some perspective, one contractor wanted 60k! Our house is a small cape...

We recently moved to the area and had some stuff done in our house by some Polish contractor. I dont remember his name but have the number under Zapol which is probably his firm. 862 223 3636. He did a good job and was definitely not pricey considering other estimates we received.
