I don't know why marijuana is illegal regardless if used for medical use or not.

I'd have to say the momentum is growing..............this would never have been acceptable for TV just a few years ago.

The thing is, it is relatively innocuous when you compare it to even the stuff that is legal (Tobacco, caffeine, alcohol) or prescribed.

I am not for kids using it, as it does sap your motivation and can turn you into a regular couch potato, but of all the substances out there, I would rather have gangs on it than anythnig else.

The key is regulation, just like everything else. Make it legal, give it some restrictions (age, driving, etc) and tax the hell out of it. SO long as it is still "good" stuff and cheaper than it was when it had to be hidded, we will see $$ from it AND reduce the cost of law enforcement not only locally, but along the whole drug-war border of Mexico.

The down side? "Domestic" sales of automatic weapons will go down.

Darn it! I already said that I don't want to "Marry Juana" from the other NJ thread on this subject.

Stop forcing this marriage on me.

Sheesh!

The Trenton Gubberment Mob has been for quite some time already on this stuff as evident on their allowing the accumulated $$$ woes this state is in.
