Not always true, the state of Washington is utilized by many to get a drivers license. The requirements are not the same in all states. I had an illegal try to rent from me, when I asked for ID and a green card he cave me his washington state license I asked him "why don't you have an NJ license" he said his was easier to get. I then asked if he had a green card he produced a "green card" with his name and NJ address distributed by the mexican government. He said he has been here for 10 years and working in the kitchen at a local restaurant.

I guess this country will have jobs again when "we" decide to work again.

illegals get ssn#from dead people, buying driving license from corrupt officials for about 1000$-2000$ here or other states like florida, they use internationals driving permits and thery renew them every year.A Mandatory Employment Verification System is the only solution.

Likewise in the State of Maryland. The law was changed recently, but the Democrats slickly grandfathered in undocumented aliens.

This is such a lame argument. Should everyone align their personal opinions with the constitution?

As for the issue at hand, I applaud Morristown for the decision, but I'm surprised they're allowed to do anything of the sort without getting smacked down by Morris County (despite the fact they obviously hold political sway in the county), and if MC in general approves, then I'm surprised Corslime, that jackal Menendez, and the NJ state government haven't stepped in yet. Enforcing law and order is not looked upon kindly in the Garden State.

Legally, yes. Especially since the Constitution and Bill of Rights are a list of rights government can't take away from you.

If Morristown operates as most departments do, the police officers will only be able to act as ICE deputies after a suspected alien has already been arrested for a crime and verified to be here illegally. They're not going to go rounding up Mexicans for fun.
