Gay Couple looking for duplex brownstone w/private yard- Long Term Rent! (Hoboken: apartment)

Gay Couple with our 7 yr old Shih tzu (house broken, lovable and we always curb him). We are looking for nice duplex brownstone rental in Hoboken or JCity convenient to Path. We are use to new or renovated - carpeting and linoleum floor wont work. 2brds 1.5 baths at least 1000 sq ft . We are non partiers, non smokers and pretty much home bodies. We make well over six figures and are honest people and want the same. We are looking for Nov 1 at the latest when our lease ends - we are willing to pay double rent for a to "die for" place. We are not looking to exceed 2800 per month - spread the word!

Gay couple with a Shiztzu - I guess you didn't see "Best in Show" which starred a gay couple with a Shih tzu; I was asking if that was you. It was just a joke, don't get all upset. If you said you were a man and woman with 6 kids, 3 boys and 3 girls, I'd probably have asked if you were the Brady Bunch and posted a pic of that.
