Very nosiey at times in the ironbound where i live, sometimes it seens like one big party down hear it can get old very quickly.Also Newark needs more retail.
Newark showed the highest growth from 2000 to 2006 of all northeastern cities with a population above 250,000
That's from 00-06, Newark is projected to be down to around 278-279k from 281k.
