I saw stretch mark on the ceiling of the kitchen. Should i be worried?
Will there be more? The home is lake front (40 ft perhaps) and is 40 years old with partial basement and crawl space.

Most new homes settle in a few years and homeowners see it faster....but even at 40 years old it still can happen..depends on where your at and the building structure.

A pro house inspector will be a nice investment..if anything goes wrong you "sue" twice!
