What is the closest international airport?

where do folks fly in and out of?

seems like it cost a fortune to fly out of Carlsbad airport.

We are relocating there for work and we are trying to get an idea of where we would fly out of for a reasonable cost. Would be flying to AZ, CT, and FL.

Thanks,

Ron

Yes, El Paso International Airport is the closest international airport to Carlsbad and is 160 miles away. Probably the most cost effective if you are going to CT, and FL.

I looked at the Roswell airport and the only place they fly to and from is DFW so you have to have connecting flight and change planes there.

Thanks Westerntraveler, I just saw the same thing. So it doesn't look like it's going to be easy or cheap to fly anywhere to/from Carlsbad!

United flies to Hobbs (from Houston IAH).
American flies to Roswell (from Dallas/Fort Worth DFW).

El Paso and Midland/Odessa are also options.

Southwest would be the best bet if they flew to Midland International
