One thing you could do that would be considerably savvy would be to buy an existing warehouse near downtown Albuquerque. The costs of these properties are often half or less the cost of new construction. North of downtown in particular are numerous locations where houses adjoin warehouses.

The area hasn't seen the level of appreciation other parts of town have.

Well i am interested in your question, because i am moving to n.m in Donna Anna County and i would like to have a home business as well and i am looking to provide a service of instructor lessons out of my garage just three days a week can i do this ?

Probably not a problem. Just make sure you get a business license from the county, or the city if you live in the city limits.
