I'm moving throughout the month of September. Thanks for the advice, I rode my motorcycle and surveyed the area and agree with the advice given.

Default Living in Farmington

Hi everyone

I am going to be working in Shiprock and was wondering how Farmington is? I have been there for a couple of hours and wasn't that impressed, but that was six or so years ago. Why is it so expensive to live there? What are good/bad parts?

I am also looking into Cortez, CO, but the commute might be to much. Anyone know how the commute into shiprock is? I would only be making the trip 3 to 4 times a week.

Thanks

Farmington has its own rhythm once you move here. I like it. People are nice and its the largest metro area in the four corners area.

Lightbulb What about Farmington

Hi Gang
Need a little help. We are moving from St George, UT to the 4 corners area. We prefer Bluff, since that would be prefect for our business plan, but the prices are too high and we just got got custody of his 16 year old daughter. I am familiar with Cortez and the Rez, Bluff, Bland and Moab. The problem is I travel for work and need a place that is more accessible. I was thinking Farmington. What is the employment, housing and school situation?

Thanks all in advance
