Thanks for the info Penelopelp. I find any bit of information helps ease my anxiety about such a big change. And thanks everyone else for all the information you post here. What a great community!

Great catch penelopelp. I knew we'd hit it recently, but I couldn't remember the thread. I'd give you reps if the gods would allow, but apparently I haven't spread my appreciation around enough (I'd love to know the algorithm someone came up with to decide that one.).

Thanks 4joMarie for your insight. We are anxiously awaiting our trip down there next week. And we are hoping to get our house on the market by June... meeting with realtors again tomorrow. Wish us luck on a quick sale!

We've wondered DDay, when/if we'd miss the rain. I'm thinking at least two years... maybe more. Sat was wet, Sunday nice, today not too bad but what is this... tomorrow... you guessed it! Rain. One of the ski resorts (Crystal I think) is still open. Amazing for up here. But ooo the white water rafting should be good this year.

zia - I gave 4joMarie & penelopelp some points since you couldn't. I, too, have to 'spread my points around' so thought giving them to these two would be in my favor.

Have I mentioned how excited we are for our visit??? Yippee... We'll be looking around Eldorado while we are there - maybe I'll see Towanda moving in! ;-)
