I'll say again, I was very pleasantly surprised by Sushi King in the northwest corner of Paseo del Norte and Wyoming. Big, fresh pieces of fish. I was expecting something a little more fast-food-y and generic, but it was good. We are becoming regulars.

Best of the best:
Sumo
Noda
Japanese Kitchen
Sushi Hana
Fujiyama

Fine, but not outstanding:
Crazy Fish
Sushiya
Samurai
Shogun
I Love Sushi

Wouldn't go back:
Azuma (when they're good, they're on par with the best--when they're bad, they're utterly horrific)
Mr. Sushi
Korean BBQ

The Japanese Kitchen off of Lousiana; check it on line for the correct address as it sits back off the road. I/we have been in many restaurants in Seattle for Sushi and I have a strong background in Seafood sales so I really know my Sushi. Have tried many restaurants in Abq., but find this is the best.

Shogun is one of my favorites. If you want somewhere new, try Pacific Paradise. Northeast corner of San Pedro and Candelaria

Crazy Fish next to the Lobo Theater. For me it's twice as good as Shogun.

I love Sakura also, it has a really amazing menu.

But there is another place that has good sushi and a wild atmosphere,
Ah All Out Sushi which is in the same Riverside shopping center as Sakura.

Celebrate with Sake Bombs.
