I love the heat in NM but it sucks getting allergy season so early every year. Allergies 8 months of the year pretty much sucks :S
That's the way it is here in N Central TX too. I hoped NM would be different. If I'm not mistaken, you're in Clayton in the NE corner, so you probably get a lot of the same stuff we do. Perhaps farther west it would be different, but I'm sure it depends on one's allergies.
Have you ever tried a sinucleanse? They flush the stuff from your sinuses. You can get them at Walgreens. I love mine. If eyes are the problem, a boric solution eyewash helps. This is not contact lens cleaning solution. These things really help my allergies and colds especially if started before things get really bad.
Never tried that phaw, may have to. Even been considering accupuncture, friend of my did it and it helped him.
