If there's anything its on the Westbank, to my knowledge that's the only place with a congregation of Dominicans..unlike where I live now! (Puerto Rico)

Dominicans are black so why not try an African American hair salon...I imagine the hairstyling aspect aint that different

There's one across the street from Tire Kingdom by Oakwood. Domincan hair is similar and even identical to Black hair in some cases, but they use different techniques and products.
