Hey, how many people applied for the 1bd? I applied for 1bd but because that I was the only one on the application they said that I'm qualified for a studio.

They did not say which building Im qualify, they just said that the apartment I'm qualify to is still under contraction :-(

Hi all potential neighbors--
I was approved for a 1 bedroom in one of the buildings abutting the Hess Station (this is an unfortunate neighbor, and one that promises a tall, window-blocking building to come) that are still under construction..does anyone have any idea what the square footage will be more or less? Anyone already in a 1 bedroom in another building?
Any information will be helpful to get an idea.
Thanks.

One more thing--what is the deal with heat/ air conditioning---are both of these included in the rent?
Thanks in advance for your replies!
