I don't know why she thinks her neighbors are on this forum and will cease smoking weed just because she complained. Her concerns would be better served by talking to the building management.

I know it's a Saturday night, but who's ever smoking weed on the 4th floor can you please stop it????? I have a strange suspicion it's the 3 young guys jammed inside a studio and splitting the rent 3 ways. There's really no need for any of the weed smoking or at least throw a towel by the bottom of your door to keep the fumes from escaping.
Mrs. Realtor Woman, please stop lying to prospective tenants that there is a concierge when there isn't and stop saying there's a bike rom because there isn't. I understand you want your commission, but stop tricking potential prospects.
