There's hot water now.

Not sure for how much longer though.

MissModular, how are you?

The sink isn't deep enough. Water is splashing everywhere over the counter that is not water friendly.

There's no hot water again. I think this is my 3rd cold shower here.

Hopefully it won't be this way when it's snowing outside in the winter time and 10 degrees.

A clothing moth just flew out of someone's mailbox while I was getting my mail. This is a new building so not sure where a random clothing moth came from unless some of the tenants are clothing hoarders and one accidentally flew downstairs. But in a mailbox?

This is a good sign I break out the moth balls and cedar wood chips immediately for protection.

Oh and the hot water is surprisingly back on again.

She hasn't been her vocal self lately. She must be busy with her dishwasher.

Deluxe apartment, aren't you exciting about moving in on Tuesday? They even rolled out the new deluxe red carpet for you in the lobby. Just in time too.

That is exciting.

The gays have been giving me fashion tips and I'm starting to warm up to them where I can ask for advice on how to tear down the runway and be fierce like Tyra Banks.

There was no hot or warm water again this morning.

I hope this won't be happening in the height of winter when it is 10 degrees outside.

Unbelievable, I just walked off the elevator to be blow away by the smell of weed smoke thoughout the halls and also, seeping into my apartment. I moved out of my old apartment for this same reason. Unacceptable! I was here since early summer and This was not happening before these new tenants moved in. Poor 9th Fl.
