Hello guys

I have a questions regarding purchasing the apartment through the lottery
My income is in 90% AMI (in the higher part of it)
But when I give my papers there was some questions that were cleared later on
and housing connect agency said sorry the apartment no longer awailble as there are lower number got it
I thought I have priority as City employer , I quest , im not.
But that said would you be interested in next level apportmnan which is 125% ?
I have to answer ASAP
And I don’t know if they can do that ? And if they do that , the monthly charges would be 48% of my income or they have to adjust to 30%
If any one had surch situation ?

Hi,

I have a question. Two weeks ago my sister sends me a photo of an interview notice that was sent to me which was never given to me. The interview notification letter was sent in 2015 after like 15 years of waiting.

I called the management and was told that my application had been cancelled due to none response.

I am disabled and requested an accommodation which was approved. I was placed back on the list with my original number.

My QUESTION is If they place me with the original application number, wouldn't that mean that I'm the next one on the list once an apartment becomes available?

I was already reached but due to my disability and having others help me with my mail and things, it was never given to me I'm really sick and cried many tears behind this

Can anyone provide me with information? thank you!

Are you in a preference group? If yes, your chances of being contacted are good.

On the original ad or PDF, on the right-hand side, there is a list of preference groups. If you are in one of those, you will be called first. Some groups are mobility disabled, visual or hearing disabled, city employee, and community board residents.

Can anybody explain me?? Today I got a email about my application is logged and will be held in office. This letter is with a scan image of money order, which was brought in when I had interview. Does it mean that they denied me? and even it was not sent to HPD? I suppose I will get this letter by mail soon. I have read if they return money it means they denied you.
