I got optimum. Georgia is not that bad. I love the fact that any packages being sent can be held with the security in the front. Also, when someone comes up to your apartment security calls you thru the intercom and tells you "such and such person are on their way up".

Yes I am so happy for that. I never miss a package . But you know why they're here right ( the camba security ) because there is homeless / shelter people also living in the building . I read somewhere they they're doing phase two soon because they're building a few more buildings down the block which are supposed to be much much fancier

I just found out about the homeless shelter people thing today....apparently they got ALL furnished apartment and everything.... And yeah the phase two of the Livonia development is gonna start soon, I think it's near the L train...and fancier? I wonder what that process is gonna be like? 🙄 Cus it was a ***** to get this one 😩
Phase two will have a rooftop lounge/bar .. A gym and etc... I bet you no shelter people will be in there smh ..I mean everyone need a place to stay so I am not discriminating but some of these people are ex drug Addicts/ still using ...I was scared on the elevator with this one dude .. He has 4 jackets tied around his waste .. He smelled really bad and was drinking water and asked me did I want some ..I was DONE!

That is crazy!!!! Lol I haven't been thru any crazy **** yet lol thanks god and oh wow I wonder how high the rent will be for that! 😳 Lol
