And congrats to you! How were the units you saw?
Yes, best of luck. Compared to the stories I've read this management company was prompt and quick. Don't feel like they'll waste your time or leave hung up. I actually got contacted for Stuytown the same week and haven't had a smooth experience.

Both units were up to date. There are a couple of pictures on page 15 I think. This was one of the styles I saw (didn't select). I think it was 488 sq.

Thank you! It was in the 300's. But I didn't know I had a log number until they contacted me haha. To be honest I'm surprised because at the time I submitted a year ago I was about 5k away from the income limit. Luckily I'm within the limit now so it worked out.

Congrats future neighbor. Which style did you choose? The one on page 15 is I think the only floorplan I didn't see, lol. I saw three other plans, I described the others a couple of pages back.

This has been very wanted in this topic even now, especially as re-rentals happen, so here are photos I finally figured out how to upload, in addition to the other studio layout on page 15. This is an A-line studio.

This is an (floors 19-24, may be a different letter on lower floors) L line studio

This is (I think, memory is a little hazy) a J-line studio (this was 21st floor - again may be a different letter on lower floors):

Oh I didn't see these ones you posted either haha. I'm guessing there's difference per ami group. The one I selected is similar to the second group of photos you posted but with just one big window.

Thanks, excited to move in. Ty for your help

Ah, I just posted them yesterday, I took them back in January/February of last year when I was viewing for mine. I think these re-rentals now are all for 130AMI, I know mine is. There are 61 studios for 130 AMI and just 15 for lower (and no market rate studios), so I think these four lines with photos posted pretty much cover everyone, although maybe the fifth floor would be different in the layouts, or maybe that L one is a bit smaller on the lower floors because of the laundry rooms.

I know patience is key in this process but I am already anxiously refreshing my inbox and I only submitted my paperwork on Friday (basically 2 business days ago!)

Yesterday my bank called to confirm that they had received a verification request from the management company. Today the agent reached out to me asking for one more document and said that he was “just about finished” with my application. Then he said “the next step is to set up an appointment to show you the available apartment or apartments.”

I don’t think I’ve ever spent so much energy agonizing over the words used in an email. Apartment or apartmentS? AHH. I don’t have any questions to ask of you all - but my friends are getting sick of listening to me word-vomit my anxiety so I thought I would get it all out here, where my craziness might be somewhat understood
