Which bracket are you on the waiting list? I think I have been qualified for 2 bedroom, because their lease specialist contacted me to update bank assets form. Next step should be city's approving.
That's a good question. Back in November they told my family that we qualify for the 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments. As for the exact brackets, I honestly have no clue, so i'll send out an e-mail today and see what they tell me. Nothing really has changed from November until now, so it should be the same.
Btw, nobody has contacted us since the last time I posted to you.

They don't let me visit the apartment yet. I think my case was just taken out the waiting list and qualified again. They will only show the tenant who is approved by HCR.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that there are enough added apartments in the bracket of $25,200~$34,520.

There are only 2 apartments available in that bracket so maybe the two of you are considered. In my bracket there are 13 apartments so maybe one day they will call me

Yes, you are right in previous brackets. You will have more chance.
But we don't know how many apartments they offer in added apartments and how many apartments in each current brackets.

If your file is with the leasing department you have a good chance.

The problem is that we're left in the dark about the # of additional units that are available in each bracket. Whether they can divulge that information or not is another issue. And it is good to know that the leasing agent takes a month to respond back. They never gave us a time frame as to when they would get back to us. An ETA would've been nice (at least).

Did they say that they added additional unit? or just units become available (meaning that people did not pass the processing time and they moved to the next applicant?
