Thats fine if you don't want to play the lotto game just don't expect a NYCHA apt either.

Looks like the only option for you is to work another job so you can afford market rate rent
Unfortunately, I'm permanently disabled, mobility impaired. I'm struggling with health issues, medical bills. Yes, I'm living at market rate studio. Wish, I could work, as I did before. And in this situation, I just need more guarantee then lotto play. As for proof that with high log # even though with preference, which is JUST 5%, , the proof are all over the place: I read all apartments lottery forums, Specialy HUNTERS POINT and many others. 5% from 100 apartments is just 5 apartments, and with #42000 log in there is no way they ever rich you after the interview, even though you passed the interview with you credit score and income. AFTER the interview they strictly follow by log in ####'s. And they have thousands people before you.

So you have a those issues yet you won't spend the time to do the paper work to try for an apartment.

One would think you would try anything but clearly you won't so in the future don't complain about any of your issues cause as you said you don't want to attempt to try.

I'm playing now for several others lotteries at Manhattan & Brooklyn. I would be waiting for reasonable log in # wich is for me is under 6000's. Also, hope , I will get the interview with NYCHA by this summer. Just go for an interview for lotto apartments to get placed on Waiting list/with high log# does't seem smart choice to me. Because, those lottery Wating lists Change the income requirements /they Raise them/ over time. So, I HAVE NO chance to catch up with them.

Fortunately, Neither! If you have nothing to say, say nothing, but don't insult the other human by the reason they think the other way . By doing SO, you just show your lack of intelligence.
