NYC Housing Connect has the wait lists for all the Mitchell Lama buildings. An exclamation point next to the number indicates that they are starting from the new list, tap on the number for the information. You can see it for EMP and York Hill.
I just saw it on the housing connect website for the York hill list is very confusing it says , number law approved 197 it haas like warning sign next to it, and it says last approved date was 8/2015 last year, when you click on the number 197 something comes up like new offer new list

I received a letter from the Trinity House Mitchell-Lama lottery yesterday. Log number was pretty low, 50's for a studio. Looks like they are currently on log number 175-ish for studios. Does anyone know how this works? Do they start at #1 at some point? When? I'll definitely follow-up either way. Wondering if that's a 2 year wait or 20 year wait though.
How did you find out what log number they are currently on? I am also 50's for studio.

By the way, any news for 1450 york ave waiting list? My number is 100's and no reply from them so far except the original letter from TRS.
Lolzz now I don't feel that bad lol, I can't wait to move over there! I'm desperate lol , hopefully our number will reach before June of next year I bet, because I received a letter about a month ago saying that there's about 50 in front of me, my number is in the high 80s, so I guess they went tru about 30 plus people in a matter of a few months?? What are you thought? You did not request the updated on what number they working on, you can do it every 6 months they said
